Install or remove the tip with ease and never again waste valuable time flattening platinum or glass bending. The new worm pick design allows you to easily store and protect your platinum wire tip inside the worm pick handle preventing any tip damage while your worm pick is not in use. Genesee uses only premium-grade platinum wire and platinum alloy for guaranteed performance and reliability.

Platinum Wire

Genesee’s premium-grade platinum wire is a dense, malleable precious heavy metal that exhibits remarkable resistance to corrosion, even at high temperatures. Our wires are sold in two thicknesses to ensure that your worm pick features a platinum wire tip that is just right for you. All bulk platinum wire is supplied carefully wound to an oversized spool for easy access and wire cutting.
99.95% pure platinum wire is exceptionally pure and malleable for easier flattening and a softer pick tip.
90/10% platinum/iridium alloy features a stiffer and sturdier feel compared to pure platinum.
Gauge refers to diameter, a higher gauge being a thinner wire and vice versa.
Bulk platinum wire is available for making homemade worm picks; not compatible with the WormStuff Worm Pick.
